Your food order will have proceeded to the Kitchen Department immediately after your order has been confirmed. We are unable to cancel your order once your order begins to prepare in our Kitchen.

Food Order misplaced*

If you receive food that is different from your order receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us immediately if you found any errors in your order.
For cash on delivery, you will be refunded the total amount of cash once you return your food to our delivery rider.
For online payment, you will be refunded the total amount online once you return the food to our delivery rider.
Note: Food should not be touched or messy, otherwise the refund policy won’t be applicable.

Food Dissatisfaction*

We cook our food fresh with only the finest fresh ingredients. Refunds and/or replacements are available upon request in which food is wrong, totally damaged, or under other circumstances. Refunds are not typically available for food that a guest simply does not like.

Cancel Order*

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or giveaway if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order has proceeded to our Kitchen Department.

Note*: If you are unreachable during delivery without any information, you will be charged 50% of your total due amount and need to do prepayment on your next order.

For online payment: Your amount will be refunded by deducting 50% of your total order amount within 24 hours through any online financial. 
If you cancel your order more than 3 times from different contact without paying the due amount, you will be blocked and listed on the blacklist on Hunger End for a lifetime.
